We Are Streetwise is a transnational project rooted in the belief that young people can thrive when we shift the narrative — from delinquency to dignity, from stigma to support. Our place-based approach draws on the real stories, challenges, and dreams of youth in three European cities, helping them reconnect with their identity, their environment, and their future.​
