Change doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in streets, parks, schools, kitchens, and community centers. Our approach is built on the belief that place is not just where things happen—it’s why and how they happen. We focus on the moments that matter. The crossroads where a young person can either fall through the cracks—or find someone who believes in them.

Rooted in place,
       powered by people

The power of place

Inspired by the work of Joke Quintens, we map and engage the proximate potential of each city—its youth, neighborhoods, culture, and ecosystem. In doing so, we design interventions that make sense locally and ripple out systemically.

Peer trainers programme

We train young people to become role models, mentors, and “connectors” in their own communities. They’re not just part of the project—they amplify it.

Our online platform will be developed in the next 2 years and will host lessons, exercises, stories, and podcast episodes—keeping learning accessible, even beyond city borders.

Inclusive design

Every output is co-created, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and rooted in fairness. We aim for representation that goes beyond tokenism—toward shared ownership.

A journey in 5 steps

Our approach is simple but powerful: five consecutive steps that support young people in taking back control over their lives. Each journey starts from their reality and strengths, guiding them step by step toward connection, perspective, and confidence.
